Positive Affirmations – Believing

Are your positive affirmations working for you? Have you tried using affirmations and then conclude that they aren’t working. That in itself is an affirmation.

Not only do you have to “ask” or state your affirmations. You must believe. The next time you are using your affirmations, make sure to take a few minutes to get into the “right” frame of mind. You may want to start by thinking about some of the things in your life that you are grateful for. You then might want to state your affirmation out loud, repeating several times and with confidence. Always make your statement in the present tense ( “I am…”). You may want to spend several minutes multiple times during the day repeating your affirmations. Another way is to write down one or two of your current affirmation 10 – 20 times each day.

So believe in your affirmation and give it power. You might be surprised what happens next.
