From Ordinary Routine to Extraordinary

Do you feel like you are stuck in a routine? Are you feeling stagnant?

Maybe modifying your perception about your daily tasks can help you realize how exciting your life really is…no two seconds in your life are the same. Today is slightly different from yesterday. You might feel that your schedule is the same, the people you interact with are the same and the tasks you complete are the same. Yet, if you take notice you just may realize that even your everyday tasks are filled with the new and extraordinary.

One of the constants in life is change…so look at your routines as not being on a fixed path. View them as having variety and the ordinary will feel more exciting. Realize that you have freedom on how you look at your daily tasks and choose to be curious and excited…you will be astonished about the change in your energy level. What wonderful, extraordinary thing will you experience today?

Attitude of Gratitude

How many times do you dwell on the things that you fear?

Choosing to dwell on the negative can attract what we fear to us. Sounds crazy I know, but what we think about we get.

So why not use the power of abundance and gratitude to create a sense of calm and inner peace? Sounds great, right? So how do you begin?

Begin by making a gratitude list. It can be verbal or written in a journal it doesn’t matter. What does matter is reviewing it frequently for overtime this positive focus will bring more abundance into your life and will enable you to let go of concerns of loss (material or otherwise). Know that this process can take time, but through the process you will feel more positive and less fearful.

So what are you grateful for today? What are the blessings in your life?

Give abundance your energy and attract more joy into your life today…it will shift your perception…POSITIVELY!
