To Stress or Not to Stress the Holiday

The holiday season usually brings lofty expectations. There are lots of things to do to make the celebrations perfect. Or so we think. If you are unable to adjust your list, left planning to the last minute or just feel overwhelmed, make sure you find some time practice the three Rs to change:

 

 

  1. RECOVER – take time just for yourself
  2. REFOCUS – look at the big picture
  3. REGENERATE – connect with new people or reconnect with old friends

and do one thing each day to bolster your resilience.

I hope that this will be a season of joy for you and not stress.
