When you start a clutter busting project do you dive in or do you plan your project? How much time to you spend planning a two week car trip? Probably more than you do planning an organizing project.

How much planning do you do?

Good planning is the key to living the life that you desire. Plan what’s important first. Planning can save you time, help you balance and help you get through your projects by carving it out a chunk at a time.

By planning you can make sure that you have the tools you need for the project so you can spend uninterrupted time and/or complete the project all the way through.

It doesn’t matter when you do your planning. You can do it in the morning or at night; the important thing is to schedule a time to do it consistently. And you can also look at the bigger picture by looking at a month ahead…you can look at professional commitments, family events and ….this can make sure that you allocate as much time as you need for your project and your daily routines so you can maintain order.

So what’s the plan?
